罗海南，男，工学博士。2012-2016年博士毕业于中国矿业大学（导师：高庆宇教授）。2005年7月来枣庄学院工作，主讲《物理化学》、《物理化学实验》、《结构化学》等课程，研究方向自响应高分子凝胶仿生反应动力学。参与国家项目1项，省级项目5项，主持省级及市级项目2项，目前在国内、国际上发表论文十几篇。
